Technology Strategy
Picking the systems your business will run on, in the right order, and keeping them under control.
Strategic Technology & Growth Consultant
I help business owners make better decisions about technology, marketing and growth, so the money they spend shows up in the results.
About Bipin
I have spent eleven years on both sides of the table. I have written the code, and I have sold the work. That mix is unusual, and it is why my advice tends to hold up once a real budget is involved.
I work with founders and senior teams who are about to spend real money on a CRM, a rebuild, an automation project or an AI pilot, and who want a straight answer before they commit. I hold BCA and MCA qualifications, I run HireMisterB Digital as Managing Director, and I have worked across technology services, digital marketing, business development and revenue growth.

Consulting
Every project starts with the same question. What result are we trying to move, and what is standing in the way?
A clear read on the systems you run today, what they cost, where the risk sits, and what they stop you doing next.
Learn moreWhere your next customers will realistically come from, what that costs, and which channels to stop paying for.
Learn moreWhich jobs are worth automating this year, which are not, and how long each one takes to pay for itself.
Learn moreA review of the whole path from first click to paid invoice, and the places it leaks.
Learn moreTool by tool and licence by licence. What you pay for, what you use, and what quietly does the same job twice.
Learn moreA monthly retainer for teams that want a senior technical and commercial voice in the room without hiring one full time.

Most of my clients are outside India, so prices show in your own currency. As soon as payment clears you get an invoice, a slot in my calendar, and a short set of questions to answer before we talk.
A short first conversation. You explain the decision in front of you, and I tell you straight whether I can help and what it would take.
A working session on one problem. A platform choice, a rebuild that has stalled, or a channel that stopped converting.
An independent look at what you run, what you pay for, what overlaps, and what is holding growth back.
Fractional advisory starts at $2,400 per month. Clients in India are billed in INR. Work for clients outside India counts as an export of services, so invoices are issued without GST under LUT. Prices do not include any tax you may owe in your own country.

Strategy you cannot build is just an opinion. Bipin Verma is where the decision gets made. HireMisterB Digital is the team that builds it. Keeping the two apart is what keeps the advice honest.

Selected work
Each story below is written from real project records. It stays unpublished until the client has approved the detail and the numbers have been checked.
A referral process spread across three systems and a spreadsheet. The first job was deciding what to merge before anything was rebuilt.
Sales, production and dispatch each kept their own version of the truth. It began as a technology audit and turned into a decision about how the business runs.
Enquiries were coming in faster than the team could answer them. We mapped the funnel first and picked the software second.

A working list of the software I have set up, tested or turned down, with the reasoning, the pricing traps, and who each one suits.
Pipeline first tools against record first tools, and why the wrong pick costs more in process than in licence fees.

Read the reviewAssistants, document tools and agents, sorted by whether the time saved shows up in anyone's week.
Read the reviewManaged, VPS and cloud compared on what breaks at 3am rather than on headline pricing.
Read the reviewDocs, tasks and chat. Where merging tools helps, and where it quietly removes something people relied on.
Read the reviewWhat to track when the team is small, and which reports nobody has opened since the day they were built.

Templates you can use this week, and a place on the list for the first full course when it opens.
Twenty questions to work through before you approve any new platform, in a form you can take into a board meeting.
The worksheet I use in the first hour of a growth project. Channels, cost, conversion, and the gaps nobody mentions.
A short course on choosing, testing and measuring AI in a business that still has targets to hit.
Speaking & media
I speak about the point where a technology decision becomes a business decision. Five topics I can deliver as a keynote, a workshop or a podcast conversation.
